Community Board 7 will be meeting at 7 p.m. at Union Plaza Care Center, 33-23 Union Street. On the agenda is a review of plans for the Old RKO Keith’s Theater on Northern Boulevard. The proposal is to convert the theater into a 17-story mixed use building.
